The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Experience teaching Chemistry at the secondary school level in a British-based international school is regarded as an advantage.
A recognised teaching qualification and a relevant degree in Chemistry or a closely related discipline.
Experience teaching the British Curriculum, including IGCSE and A-Level Chemistry. Experience with Cambridge or Edexcel qualifications is highly desirable.
Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging, practical, and inquiry-based Chemistry lessons.
Experience planning and delivering laboratory practicals while maintaining a safe and effective learning environment.
Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
A commitment to promoting high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement.
A proactive approach to supporting students' academic progress and well‑being.
English language fluency is essential and will be evaluated as part of the recruitment process.
Availability to commence employment in October 2026.
