Sri KDU International School, Subang Jaya is seeking an enthusiastic Science Teacher to join our Secondary School. The successful candidate will deliver engaging Chemistry lessons for Key Stage 3 and prepare students for the IGCSE curriculum with strong practical components.

The ideal candidate holds a recognised teaching qualification and a Science degree, with proven secondary-level Science teaching experience and familiarity with the British Curriculum, including IGCSE and A‑Level Chemistry.

Sri KDU International School, Subang Jaya is seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and dedicated Science Teacher to join our Secondary School team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality Science lessons to students in Key Stage 3, while preparing them with the strong scientific knowledge and practical skills required for progression to the IGCSE curriculum. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Experience teaching Chemistry at the secondary school level in a British-based international school is regarded as an advantage.

A recognised teaching qualification and a relevant degree in Chemistry or a closely related discipline.

Experience teaching the British Curriculum, including IGCSE and A-Level Chemistry. Experience with Cambridge or Edexcel qualifications is highly desirable.

Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging, practical, and inquiry-based Chemistry lessons.

Experience planning and delivering laboratory practicals while maintaining a safe and effective learning environment.

Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

A commitment to promoting high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement.

A proactive approach to supporting students' academic progress and well‑being.

English language fluency is essential and will be evaluated as part of the recruitment process.

Availability to commence employment in October 2026.
