Novolyte Technology Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia seeks a Supply Chain Planner to drive production planning, inventory control, and delivery coordination for timely customer fulfillment and plant setup expansion.

The role requires collaboration across Production, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Procurement, with SAP and Excel proficiency, and a degree in engineering or business. English and Chinese preferred. You will monitor capacity, optimize resources, and generate planning reports in ERP/MRP while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years in production planning in chemical/manufacturing sectors.
Experience with production scheduling, capacity planning, and material planning preferred.

Responsabilités

Develop and maintain production plans based on orders, forecasts, inventory, and capacity.
Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Procurement to execute schedules.
Monitor progress and adjust plans for demand, material, or capacity changes.
Track orders from receipt to shipment and ensure on-time delivery with logistics teams.
Analyze capacity utilization and optimize manpower, equipment, and materials.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports and KPIs.
Act as bridge between Sales, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Logistics; resolve planning issues to meet customers.
