Job summary

HS AeroSystem Sdn. Bhd. in Negeri Sembilan seeks a manufacturing engineer to interpret process standards and optimize processes. You will evaluate engineering and quality criteria against customer specs, BOMs, and industry standards.

The role requires 2+ years in chemical or mechanical engineering, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Pro/E, CAD/CAM tools, and sheet metal/assembly experience. Strong communication with technical teams is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in chemical/mechanical engineering.
Proficient with AutoCAD and Pro/E or similar CAD/CAM software.
Experience with sheet metal, mechanical processing and assembly.
Ability to communicate and present solutions to technical staff and management.

Responsibilities

Interpretation of foreign special process standards.
Evaluate manufacturing processes based on engineering and quality criteria per customer specification, product bill of material or industry standards
Study production and process requirements
Develop manufacturing planning including material workflows, resources and technical documents.
Develop material and process testing plan per customer and industry requirement.
Provide make-buy solutions or procurement engineering support.
Support and maintaining organization process qualification
Optimize costs and maximize quality of planning output to meet product safety
Participate in the material review board (MRB) in validating non-conformance, resolve issues and delays in production with multifunctional team.
