Job summary

HS AeroSystem Sdn. Bhd. in Negeri Sembilan seeks an Engineering Support Specialist to assist the Engineering team with daily production support and documentation control. You will help maintain drawings and work instructions, draft reports, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

You will review technical drawings, customer requirements, and engineering changes, supporting cross-functional teams to implement improvements and sustain stable operations in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the engineering team with daily engineering and production support activities.
• Assist in preparing, updating and maintaining engineering documents, drawings and work instructions.
• Support engineers in reviewing technical drawings, specifications and customer requirements.
• Assist in preparing engineering reports, data collection and documentation.
• Support production troubleshooting and investigate technical issues under the guidance of engineers.
• Assist in process improvement, engineering changes and continuous improvement activities.
• Support engineering projects related to manufacturing processes, tooling and production methods.
• Assist in maintaining proper documentation and records in accordance with company procedures and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning and other departments on engineering-related matters.
• Perform other engineering-related tasks assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
