Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a Chemical Process Engineer with at least 3 years of experience to optimise distillation, separation, and blending processes.

You will perform mass and energy balances, prepare PFDs/P&IDs, support equipment selection, FAT/SAT, and commissioning, and contribute to safety reviews and scale-up activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of process engineering experience.
• Experience in distillation, solvent recovery, or related processes.
• Knowledge of process design and unit operations.
• Ability to read PFDs/P&IDs; basic AutoCAD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Optimise chemical processes including distillation, separation, and blending.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree or above in Chemical Engineering.

Minimum 3 years of experience in chemical process engineering.

Experience in distillation, solvent recovery, chemical manufacturing, or related processes.

Knowledge of process design, optimisation, troubleshooting, and chemical unit operations.

Ability to interpret PFDs/P&IDs with basic AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.
