Job summary

Qualifications

• A qualification in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or a related engineering discipline from a recognised institution.
• Strong understanding of chemical processes and their practical applications in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of electroplating processes and metal finishing operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining chemical processes within electroplating operations.
• Support data collection, analysis and recording of process data and quality control measurements.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues or areas for optimisation.
• Assist with preparation and handling of chemical solutions and materials according to procedures.
• Support senior engineers in troubleshooting process-related problems and implementing corrective actions.
