Qualifications

• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Japanese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve plating processes to ensure consistent product quality and efficiency.
• Support and maintain compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Monitor production processes, analyze performance data and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain process control charts, work instructions and manufacturing documentation.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Improve equipment reliability and uptime through preventive and continuous improvement activities.
• Plan and execute trial runs for new products and support the transition to mass production.
• Work closely with production, quality, maintenance and other cross‑functional teams to achieve manufacturing goals.
