Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals and ensure proper portion, arrangement and garnishing.
• Regulate temperatures of ovens, broilers, grills and roasters.
• Thaw food from freezer and maintain food logs.
• Inform staff of menu specials and items out of stock; assist during busy periods.
• Follow safety policies and protect company assets.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and coaching employees.
