INITIA GROUP in Malaysia is seeking a Chef De Partie (CDP) to support head chefs in delivering high-quality dishes, managing purchases, and documenting deliveries. You will keep up to date with new products, recipes and techniques, while ensuring consistency and efficiency in daily food preparation.

The role requires collaboration with the kitchen team, adherence to health and safety standards, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Training opportunities and staff meals are offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma or culinary qualification required.
• Past experience in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team and multi-task effectively.
• Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute menus with colleagues.
• Manage daily ingredients and stock levels.
• Follow directions from Head and Sous Chef.
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene standards are met.
• Suggest innovative dish presentations.
