About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chargeman A4 to provide part-time electrical servicing, maintenance and technical support at Kelana Parkview.

The successful candidate will be required to attend the premises twice a month for scheduled electrical servicing and checking, as well as remain available to respond to emergency electrical breakdowns when required.

This position is offered on a pay-per-visit basis, with additional charges for emergency attendance and other required services.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct electrical servicing and routine checking twice a month.

Inspect electrical switchboards, distribution boards and related electrical equipment.

Check electrical installations and identify potential faults or safety hazards.

Carry out basic troubleshooting and recommend necessary corrective actions.

Prepare and submit service reports after each visit.

Advise the Management on electrical maintenance and safety matters.

Attend emergency electrical breakdowns when required.

Coordinate with the Management Office and maintenance team on electrical issues.

Ensure all work complies with applicable Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) requirements and electrical safety regulations.

Requirements

Must possess a valid Chargeman A4 Competency Certificate.

Registered with Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST), where applicable.

Minimum 5 years of relevant electrical maintenance experience preferred.

Experience in condominium, commercial building or mixed-development maintenance is an advantage.

Able to work independently and provide professional technical advice.

Must be contactable and available for emergency call-outs.

Able to provide service reports and maintenance recommendations.

Working Arrangement

Part-time / Contract basis.

Two scheduled site visits per month.

Payment on a per-visit basis.

Additional payment for emergency call-outs and extra visits.

Emergency standby availability required.
