Job summary

J&T NAZA ALAM MURNI SDN BHD is seeking a maintenance technician in Bukit Tagar, Rawang. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance of plumbing, electrical, and related systems.

The ideal candidate holds at least SPM with a Low Voltage A0 certificate and can relocate to the site. The position requires the ability to work under hot conditions, possess own transport, and be available for half-day Saturdays and on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• Preferably at least 2 years of working experience.
• Minimum SPM but must have low voltage A0 certificate.
• Able to relocate and work at Bukit Tagar, Rawang.
• Possess own transportation.
• Able to work half day on Saturday and on call in case of emergency.

Responsibilities

• Report maintenance issues and supervise contractors on preventive maintenance, corrective actions and improvement works carried out by contractors.
• Organising and liaising with contractors for repair and maintenance works.
• Ensuring the safety of plant operation.
• Acting as frontline contact point for retailer queries and complaints.
• Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
• Ensuring the plant's daily cleanliness, appearance and safety.
• Assisting with emergency procedures as required.

Job description

Technician is responsible to conduct troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of defects such as plumbing & sanitary, electrical, lightings, etc.
