Job summary

Anker Innovations is seeking a results-driven Mum & Baby Sales Manager to lead our market expansion in Malaysia. You will drive sales growth, build channel partnerships, and strengthen our brand presence across Malaysia's mum & baby retail landscape.

Based in Malaysia, you will nurture relationships with key retailers, negotiate terms, monitor trends, and coordinate with supply chain and marketing teams to ensure stock availability and initiatives that boost category performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in mum & baby, FMCG, or consumer goods in Malaysia.
• Strong local market knowledge with established relationships with key retail partners.
• Excellent negotiation, data-driven strategy, and ability to lead channel expansion.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key mum & baby retail chains, distributors, and independent stores across Malaysia.
• Identify and convert new sales opportunities, expanding channel coverage in both modern retail and traditional trade.
• Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through data-driven strategies.
• Negotiate trading terms, listing agreements, and promotional calendars with retail partners.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and consumer preference.
• Provide actionable insights to product and marketing teams.
• Track category performance and emerging sub-segments (feeding, diapering, nursery, travel gear).
• Inventory & PSI management to maintain optimal stock level.
• Product expertise and training sessions for retail staff and distributor sales team.
