You will build and mentor a high‑performing team, drive partnerships, and manage cross‑functional activities from merchandising to promotions, ensuring consistent growth and excellent customer experience across all channels.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent higher education.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior retail/operations leadership role.
• Demonstrated expertise in sales management, marketing activation, and team development.
• Strong financial acumen and operational oversight.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
