Job summary

Prometric is expanding its test center network in Kuala Lumpur and seeks a Channel Partner Recruiter. You will identify and establish partnerships with colleges, universities, and commercial operators to operate Prometric test centers, guiding them from discovery through onboarding and contract signing with Salesforce-based reporting.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in cold calling, sales recruitment or business development, and experience with Salesforce.com and MS Excel.

Qualifications

3–5 years of related experience in cold calling, sales recruiting or business development.
Salesforce.com experience preferred.
Strong Excel skills and basic MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify potential test center operators within designated markets.
Utilize sales and marketing skills to help close contracts and secure new partners.
Be proficient in technical and infrastructure requirements to field questions.
Track and report site progress through Salesforce.com.
Qualify opportunities to progress to contracting phase.
Process potential partner applications according to established metrics.
Provide process improvement suggestions.
Assist rest of Global Recruitment team as requested by Channel Manager.
Provide instruction to contracted site staff for process flow.
Assist operational team with test center staff training.
Be proficient in public speaking and train the train model of support.
