Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a Channel Marketing Analyst to execute channel strategy development and assist in creating curated strategies for clients in the Foodservice sector. You will gather data and distil insights to develop compelling value propositions and selling tools, working with Sales, Category, R&D and Planning teams.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate insights into practical client offerings in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in a business discipline or equivalent industry experience.
• Good understanding of marketing; strong influencing & interpersonal skills.
• Functional team skills, able to work effectively in fast moving cross functional teams.
• Adaptability – able to cope with change, think on their feet & bring clarity where ambiguity exists.
• Fresh Graduates with an energy/willingness to learn are encouraged to apply despite lack of hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing curated channel strategy for clients.
• Assist in building deep channel expertise focusing on consumer, shopper & operator needs, market insights, and business drivers.
• Be responsible for completion of assigned research project relating markets, consumers, diners/shoppers & operators/chains.
• Assist in curating business solutions and selling tools to drive client’s customer engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with client personnel across Senior Executive, Marketing, Category, Sales, Operations and R&D.
