Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable liaison to coordinate between agency brands’ sales operations and internal teams. You will support the execution of sales programs, in-store displays and trade activities, and assist the sales development team with business planning for revenue growth and market share.

You will consolidate month-end sales reports and A&P claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all sales data. Mandarin-speaking candidates are valued for serving Mandarin-speaking customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-3 years of FMCG or related experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between agency brands’ sales operations and internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, operations).
• Support the execution of agency brands’ sales programs, marketing events, in-store displays, and other trade activities.
• Assist the sales development team in business planning focusing on revenue growth and market share.
• Consolidate month-end sales reports, A&P claims, and other documentation for submission to agency brands.
• Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of all sales-related data.
