Job summary

Gard Inc. in Selangor seeks an energetic In-Store Execution & Visual Merchandising professional to plan and execute marketing campaigns across trade and retail channels.

You will deploy POS materials, manage product displays, run dealer events and roadshows, and brief staff on product knowledge while coordinating with Sales and Marketing to ensure brand consistency and strong sell-through.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, merchandising, sales support, or a related field.
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and reporting to evaluate activation performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Ability to plan and coordinate events, promotions, and campaigns, including on-site execution and stakeholder engagement.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to work on-site in Selangor and travel locally for meetings, events, and market visits as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute localized dealer events, roadshows, and product demonstrations to drive end-user engagement and sell-through.
• Coordinate logistics for event setups, ensuring materials arrive on time and are presented professionally.
• Conduct post-event reviews to evaluate effectiveness and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct basic on-the-floor product knowledge briefings for retail dealer staff to ensure they can confidently pitch our products.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with end users, dealers, vendors, suppliers, agencies, and internal teams.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align trade execution with overall brand strategy.

Job Description

In-Store Execution & Visual Merchandising

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns tailored for trade and retail channels.
• Deploy, install, and maintain Point of Sale Materials (POSM), product displays, and bunting stands across dealer outlets.
• Ensure all visual merchandising guidelines are strictly adhered to and that Gard Inc products are prominently displayed and functioning correctly.
