Job summary

Arvion Services is seeking a seasoned CFO to lead finance and company secretarial functions, driving capital-raising, governance, and regulatory compliance for growth initiatives. The role will own M&A origination, oversight of audits, and investor relations, reporting to the Group CEO and engaging with the investment community.

The successful candidate will have 10–12 years in senior finance roles, Bursa Malaysia exposure, and a proven track record in fundraising and strategic transactions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification — MIA or equivalent (ACCA/CPA/ICAEW/MICPA/CIMA).
• Experience with Bursa Malaysia listing rules is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising exercises including placements and rights issues.
• Oversee listed company compliance and audit processes with regulators.
• Identify and execute M&A origination and deals.
• Own financial reporting and budgeting across the Group.
• Manage investor relations and communications with stakeholders.
• Build and lead a lean finance and company secretarial team.
