Job summary

Kps Hcm is seeking a diligent QA certification administrator to coordinate IKRAM QA activities with clients in Kuala Lumpur. You will ensure clear communication of requirements and timelines, and support audit planning.

Responsibilities include issuing quotations, preparing proforma invoices, notices, audit folders, and travel arrangements for auditors, while adhering to ISO/IEC 17065 standards and maintaining up-to-date information on the IKRAM QA website.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers regarding IKRAM QA certification requirements and enquiries.
• Prepare and issue quotations to customers for certification and related services.
• Coordinate with customers to arrange and confirm audit dates.
• Plan and schedule factory visits and audit activities accordingly.
• Prepare proforma invoices for factory visits and IKRAM QA certification services.
• Prepare audit-related notices, including Notice of Audit, Notice of Change of Audit Date, and Notice of Certificate Amendment.
• Prepare audit folders and provide the necessary examination documents/files to the assigned auditor.
• Liaise with appointed agents to arrange flight tickets and travel arrangements for auditors attending factory visits.
• Prepare and issue invoices for factory visits and IKRAM QA certification services.
• Liaise with appointed agents to facilitate visa applications and arrangements for auditors, where required.
• Ensure all certification planning, scheduling, and related activities are carried out in accordance with ISO/IEC 17065 requirements.
• Maintain and update the IKRAM QA website with relevant and current information.
• Maintain and enhance job knowledge through internal training and continuous learning.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
