We are hiring a Certification Engineer to support and coordinate international product certification for our fire protection portfolio—fire suppression agents, fire extinguishers, and pre-engineered systems. As we embark on high-scale growth in the near future, you’ll work with R&D, manufacturing, and global certification bodies to help bring products to market faster—planning tests, preparing technical documentation, and supporting certifications for new and existing products across multiple fire hazards, including emerging risks such as lithium-ion batteries and energy storage systems (BESS).
Guidance is provided. Fresh graduates or experienced Engineers with strong documentation and technical fundamentals are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Track timelines/actions; assess change impact (materials, components, suppliers, design, labels).
Interpret requirements for agents, extinguishers, and pre-engineered systems.
Maintain certification files (tech docs, BOMs/drawings, manuals, labels, SDS, declarations) under ISO 9001/QMS control.
Turn standards into internal checklists for engineering, manufacturing, labeling, and documentation.
Coordinate testing with internal teams and external labs/certification bodies (samples, readiness, logistics, schedules).
Ensure correct configurations and records (traceability + configuration control).
Review reports, flag gaps, and follow up on corrective actions.
Compliance & Collaboration
Support audits/surveillance and compliance investigations (complaints, NCR/OOS, CAPA).
Work cross-functionally and liaise with certification bodies to keep approvals on track.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Applied Science (e.g., Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical/Electronics, Materials, Fire Protection, Mechatronics) or related field.
Experience:
Fresh graduates welcome.
Any exposure to testing, regulated products, technical documentation, quality systems, lab coordination, or fire protection product certification (agents, extinguishers, suppression systems, hazard classifications) is a plus.
Strong documentation discipline and project coordination skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with third-party labs/certification bodies.
Detail-oriented, systematic, and comfortable managing multiple parallel workstreams.
Analytical mindset—able to interpret requirements and translate them into practical actions for engineering and production.
