Key requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Min 10 years of experience in strategy, commercial, business operations, consulting, general management, or related leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience working closely with senior leadership, CEOs, Managing Directors, or Executive Committees.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand business drivers and translate strategy into execution.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong communication and executive presentation capabilities.
