Job summary

Medi Beaute Sdn Bhd is seeking a Centre Manager - Beauty to oversee daily operations and drive performance across multiple outlets in Malaysia. You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while ensuring superior customer service and operational excellence.

This role offers a competitive base with high commissions and monthly incentives, plus structured training, EPF/SOCSO/EIS, and generous leave. Weekend and public holiday flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a managerial role (Beauty, Aesthetic, Retail, or Service Industry preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Sales-driven with experience leading a team to achieve KPIs.

Responsibilities
