Job summary

PNB Commercial Sdn. Berhad is seeking an Associate/Centre Head to oversee day-to-day facility management and building operations of our Southern Region properties.

You will ensure efficient operations, regulatory compliance and quality service while coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and authorities to maintain a safe environment. Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, M&E Maintenance or related field.
• Experience coordinating with internal teams, contractors, service providers and authorities.
• Good understanding of building systems and maintenance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance and facility operations of the centre, including building systems, machinery and M&E facilities.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and oversee contractor works.
• Monitor service contracts and contractor performance for compliance with SOPs and regulations.
• Prepare and monitor maintenance programmes and staff rosters; verify leaves and overtime.
• Identify defects and coordinate follow-up actions with relevant teams.
• Coordinate with Operations, Security, Car Park, Leasing and Promotion teams for smooth operations.
• Engage with local authorities on licensing, compliance and safety matters.
• Support safety, cleanliness and emergency response across the site.
• Provide timely feedback and recommendations to the Head of Department.
