Job summary

RHB Asset Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a Circle Lead, Central Dealing to oversee trade execution across equities, money markets, deposits, and feeder funds. You will lead a high-performing team and ensure regulatory compliance, adherence to investment mandates, and prudent dealing activity management.

You will collaborate with brokers, custodians and fund management teams to enable smooth transactions, strengthen controls, and drive continuous process improvements for efficiency and risk

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee trade execution processes across asset classes.
• Oversee opening/maintenance of trading accounts with CUTS compliance.
• Ensure regulatory requirements and investment mandate controls are followed.
• Prepare and coordinate reports for stakeholders and auditors.
• Strengthen operational controls and collaborate with brokers and custodians.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and risk management.
• Lead and support the Central Dealing team to achieve service standards.
