Job summary

Barry Callebaut Group in Malaysia seeks a Cell Maintenance Lead to implement and continuously improve maintenance planning and scheduling (MPS) and breakdown elimination (BDE) standard work processes for the cell. You will coach the Cell teams to enhance technical capability and ensure alignment with PM systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma minimum; engineering or process diploma/degree preferred.
• Maintenance training and BCOS/HPO training.
• Strong organizational and technical skills.
• Ability to influence technicians, cell leads and process engineers; coaching and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve MPS and BDE SWPs for the cell.
• Coach Cell teams to enhance technical capability and PM/AM alignment.
• Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance tasks with optimized cost.
• Lead weekly planning meetings; review daily results and adjust plans.
• Update maintenance docs; create one-point lessons (OPLs) and train the Cell team.
• Investigate breakdowns and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and update annual maintenance plan and calendar.
