Job summary

Sinergia Talents in Malaysia seeks a Master Planner to manage all planning activities for the dedicated workcell and mentor the Production Planners and Document Coordinators in the workcell.

You will develop the Master Production Schedule (MPS), maintain material control, ensure 95% MPS goals and 100% accuracy, and reconcile MPS to customer PO coverage weekly to avoid over or under demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, or engineering.
• 5+ years of planning/production scheduling experience (or 3+ with a Master’s).
• APICS certification and supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning activities for the assigned workcell and mentor team members.
• Develop Master Production Schedule (MPS) and load into ERP with PO coverage.
• Maintain material control and reconcile MPS to customer PO coverage weekly.
• Ensure MPS accuracy and achieve 95% MPS goals.
• Own BOM and routing creation; lead documentation control.
• Analyze capacity and material requirements; communicate constraints.
• Lead meetings to optimize production schedules and minimize changeovers.
• Ensure adherence to contracts regarding material planning and scheduling.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and risk mitigation.
