Job summary

Barry Callebaut is seeking a Cell Maintenance Lead to implement and improve MPS and BDE standard work processes, while coaching cell teams to raise technical capability. The role spans planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement across progressive maintenance and autonomous maintenance initiatives.

You will drive preventive maintenance, review plans weekly and monthly, and ensure proper documentation and training of the cell team to meet production goals and efficiency targets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma minimum and higher education qualification preferred e.g. Engineering or Process Diploma or degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance planning and scheduling (MPS) and breakdown elimination (BDE) within the cell.
• Coach cell teams to enhance technical capability and attainment of PM and AM standards.
• Coordinate with Cell leads on planned stops and major maintenance interventions.
• Develop and maintain annual maintenance plans and calendars.
• Lead weekly and monthly planning meetings to schedule next periods.
