Job summary

Kellanova, a key player in the snack industry, seeks a senior CDA Maintenance Lead to champion the Control, Digital & Automation scope at the Enstek plant. You will lead the CDA team, drive preventive and corrective maintenance, and manage lifecycle strategies to ensure zero production interruptions and peak machine reliability.

You will coordinate with internal technicians and external vendors, implement SAP-based maintenance workflows, and advance the Smart Factory initiatives, including

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic or related discipline with at least 10 years working experience.
• Sound practical knowledge in control circuit, PLC, HMI and drives (Allen Bradley).
• Preferably with SAP experience in F&B industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CDA team and manage CDA technicians and supervisors.
• Oversee PM/CM/Breakdown maintenance on CDA scope with SAP
• Develop maintenance programs to improve line performance and OEE
