Job summary

Kaifa Technology (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a CDS Officer to coordinate with internal teams, manage assigned customers, and drive business growth. You will monitor operations, generate accurate weekly reports, and provide RFQs to customers to support product introductions. Travel may be required to meet business needs.

The role emphasizes strong communication, team collaboration, and decision-making based on experience to maintain customer satisfaction and maximize performance.

Qualifications

• 5 years experiences in EMS with business development or PM background.
• Pleasant personality, team player, self-motivated and results oriented.
• Good communication skills and interaction with people.
• Willing to work independently and travel upon request
• Capable to make decisions by own experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal team to manage assigned customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Proactively work with business growth to exceed customer expectations.
• Handle customers from a business and commercial perspective.
• Monitor day-to-day operations to meet budget targets.
• Create weekly management reports with high data accuracy.
• Monitor and control customer account materials E&O.
• Provide RFQ to existing and new customers.
• Assist with product introduction business and execution strategies.
• Manage key customer communications and escalate issues as needed.

CDS Officer (Customer Development Service)

Coordinate with internal team to manage assign customers to ensure total customer satisfaction

Work proactively to exceed customer expectations in conjunction with company business growth

Manage assign customer in terms of business and commercial perspective

Monitor day to day business operation to meet target budgeted

Create relevant management reporting with high data accuracy on a weekly basis and communicate in a timely manner.

Monitor and control assign customer account materials E&O

Assist the team with business and execution strategies for product introduction

Provide RFQ to existing and New customer

Claim NRE and Extra Cost needed from Projects with Customers correctly.

Manage all customer communications, upward and downward through the organization; escal key issues and present options for resolution to the management.

Job Requirement:

5 years experiences in EMS with business development or PM background;

Pleasant personality, team player Self-motivated & result oriented;

Good in communication skills and interaction with people;

Willing to work independently and travel upon request
