Job summary

CDNetworks is seeking a Presales Engineer in Malaysia to support customer engagements, design solutions, run POCs, and demonstrate products. The role requires strong CDN and internet infrastructure knowledge, plus exposure to AI/LLMs is a plus.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate customer needs into technical architectures. Ideal candidates have 3–10 years in pre-sales or post-sales roles, proficient Mandarin, and a solid grasp of CDN, DNS, HTTP, DDoS, TCP/IP,

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken).
• 3–10 years' experience in customer-facing pre-sales or post-sales roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to provide technical consultation and solution qualification during pre-sales, including evaluations, objection handling, troubleshooting, and follow-up.
• Design and propose solutions covering CDN, Dynamic Acceleration, DNS, DDoS Protection, WAF, Bot Management, and other cloud/security offerings.
• Develop technical solution documents and POCs, and respond to RFQs/RFPs and tenders.
