Job summary

Elabram is seeking a CCTV & Security Systems Coordinator to support planning, installation, maintenance and coordination of surveillance systems across multiple sites in Kuala Lumpur. Fresh graduates are welcome, with relevant CCTV experience an advantage.

The role involves planning surveillance layouts, coordinating installation projects with vendors and internal teams, monitoring systems, maintaining records, and ensuring timely support and service quality. Office-based with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of IP cameras, NVR, VMS, networking.
• Reading technical drawings or CCTV layouts is a plus.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate CCTV surveillance systems for hubs and warehouses.
• Coordinate CCTV installation projects with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor CCTV systems, conduct preventive checks, and assist with troubleshooting.
• Maintain surveillance documentation, equipment records, and related reports.
• Liaise with vendors and stakeholders to ensure service quality and timely support.

Contract: 6 Months (Renewable)
Location: Menara Southpoint
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Work Arrangement: Office-based, with occasional travel to operational sites when required

• Maintain surveillance documentation, equipment records, and related reports
• Liaise with vendors and stakeholders to ensure service quality and timely support

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge of IP cameras, NVR, VMS, and networking is an advantage
• Knowledge in reading technical drawings or creating CCTV layouts is a plus
• Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willing to travel to different hubs/sites when required

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM2,500
• Mileage Claim: Applicable for work-related travel
• Statutory Benefits: According to applicable employment regulations
