Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.

• Experience in airline catering or airport ground handling is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operate catering vehicles safely in accordance with airside driving and loading protocols.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and temperature control during transport.
• Conduct equipment and meal handover, loading and offloading checks to confirm completeness and accuracy of loaded items.
• Ensure all dispatch documentation (Catering Delivery Slip) is signed and submitted properly.
• Deliver meals and equipment in good condition, maintaining food quality during transit.
• Uphold professional behaviour and appearance, representing the company positively at the airside and aircraft.
• Respond promptly to last-minute delivery to meet airline needs.
• Handle all equipment carefully to prevent loss or damage.
• Support resource efficiency by adhering to planned schedules.

Job description

Role Purpose

The role of Operator, Operations is responsible to ensure accurate, safe, and timely movement of catering equipment, and meals from the catering unit to the aircraft according to the flight schedule assigned and loading based on galley loading. This includes operating the catering vehicles in compliance with airport safety, security, MAG, MAG CS and customer airlines’ policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
