Responsibilities

• Execute tactical sourcing activities for assigned categories and obtain supplier quotations.
• Evaluate supplier proposals and participate in supplier negotiations for pricing, delivery, and commercial terms.
• Support supplier evaluation and supplier selection according to procurement policies and sourcing strategies.
• Track sourcing activities, savings opportunities, and procurement KPIs; assist in process improvements.

Job description

Execute tactical sourcing activities for assigned categories, obtain supplier quotations, evaluate supplier proposals, and participate in supplier negotiations for pricing, delivery, and commercial terms. Support supplier evaluation and supplier selection activities according to procurement policies and sourcing strategies.

• Procurement Operations Support

Support regional sourcing projects and operational procurement activities by coordinating with internal stakeholders and suppliers. Handle procurement inquiries, provide sourcing updates, and ensure procurement activities completed within defined timelines and compliance requirements.

• Procurement Analysis & Process Improvement

Track sourcing activities, savings opportunities, and procurement KPIs while reviewing procurement reports and operational metrics. Participate in procurement transformation initiatives, conduct internal quality checks, and support process improvement projects.

Monitor market trends and maintain awareness of procurement industry practices. Communicate effectively with suppliers, category managers, and cross-functional stakeholders in Chinese-English, Korean-English, or Japanese-English business environments.
