Job summary

Guardian Malaysia in Malaysia seeks a Category Management Assistant to handle data entry, document processing, and general category support ensuring smooth product and promo execution.

You will prepare listing, cost change, and A&P claim forms, file promotional materials, raise POs, consolidate offers, and assist with performance reports on new SKUs. Detail-oriented individuals who can work independently fit best.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in supply chain/retail management is required.
• 1–2 years of category management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage supplier relationships effectively.

• Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks and responsibilities.
• Experience in category management, procurement, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems used for transactional tasks and reporting.
