Job summary

Sephora SEA is seeking a Manager, Category Activation to grow Sephora Collection across Malaysia and Singapore, both in brick-and-mortar stores and ecommerce, acting as brand guardian and growth driver.

You will lead commercial planning, brand building, and retail operations, collaborating with Supply Chain, Marketing, and store teams to expand fragrance and other categories while maintaining healthy margins and strong shopper value.

Qualifications

• At least 5 to 7 years of experience in Merchandising, Brand Management, Account Management or other commercial skills.
• Experience in fashion or beauty industry is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Planning and Development: set growth strategies for Sephora Collection in Malaysia and Singapore; ensure stock availability across channels; drive fragrance category omni-channel plans.
• Brand Building and Marketing: localize global brand plans; oversee consumer marketing execution across channels.
• Retail Operations: support store teams, manage incentives, ensure product knowledge and training across brands.
