AYUR SLEEP (M) SDN BHD in Subang Jaya is seeking a friendly cashier to manage checkout transactions and deliver a pleasant customer experience. The role requires basic math, reliable attendance, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Applicants should be fluent in Mandarin, willing to work flexible hours including weekends, and eager to learn through on-the-job training. Training will be provided to ensure accurate cash handling and adherence to company procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (SPM/'O' Level) is required.
• Must read, write, and speak Mandarin fluently.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods securely and according to company procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving any payment-related issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and security.
