Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring a cashier to support daily retail operations in Kuala Lumpur. You will handle cash, card, and e-wallet payments, assist walk-in customers and business clients, and contribute to packing, labeling, and arranging goods. The role requires at least 1 year in a cashier or customer service role and strong math accuracy.

We seek reliable, honest team players who can work independently or with others. This position is based at our KL outlet with colleagues and customers daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience as a Cashier or in a customer service-related role.
• Familiar with handling cash transactions, debit/credit card payments, and e-wallet payments.
• Possess basic mathematical skills and able to handle cash accurately.
• Friendly and able to communicate well with walk-in customers and business clients.
• Responsible, honest, and detail-oriented when handling cash and daily transactions.
• Able to support daily outlet activities, including packing, labelling, and arranging goods.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
