Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a cashier to greet customers, manage transactions, and maintain the cash register while contributing to a welcoming store environment. Training is provided for those without experience.

The role requires Bahasa Malaysia and English communication, with a 5-day work week, shift work, and eligibility for public holidays. Candidates should present themselves well with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Minimum education: SPM or higher.
• Willing to work in shifts and on public holidays.
• Presentable with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and warm approach.
• Ensure opening/closing cashier procedures are performed efficiently.
• Maintain the cash register and process cash/credit transactions.
• Assist in improving store facilities and environment to attract customers.

Requirements

• 1. Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
• 2. Possess minimum education level, SPM and above.
• 3. Able to converse in both Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• 4. Presentable with good personality and positive attitude.
• 5. Highly discipline person and able to work on shift and Public Holiday.

Responsibility

• 1.To greet customer with smile, approach customer with proper timing and sincere attitude.
• 2.Constantly ensure the preparation procedures for opening and closing as a Cashier has been performed efficiently.
• 3. Maintain the cash register and punch in all the cash / credit transaction and be responsible for the cash collection.
• 4. To assist in improving store facilities and environment to attract more customers.
