Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a retail cashier to manage transactions using cashless systems, scan items accurately, and maintain a tidy counter area. Qualifications

• Able to handle cashless systems and work accurately under pressure.

• Hardworking, trustworthy, and committed to responsibilities.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer transactions using cashless systems (e-wallets, credit/debit cards, QR Pay).
• Ensure prices are scanned accurately and transactions are properly recorded.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized cashier counter area.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store products or promotions.
• Assist in retail operations such as product arrangement, packing, and customer assistance.
• Ensure all receipts are properly issued and attached to customer purchases.
• Perform any other duties as required by management from time to time.
