Job summary

CB Frozen Food Sdn Bhd is seeking a cashier in Kuala Lumpur with at least 1 year in customer service or cashier roles. The successful candidate will handle cash, card and e-wallet payments, assist walk-in customers, and support daily outlet activities including packing and labeling.

The position requires a basic math ability, honesty, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 1 year’s experience preferred, with a friendly, reliable attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience as a Cashier or in a customer service-related role.
• Familiar with handling cash transactions, debit/credit card payments, and e-wallet payments.
• Possess basic mathematical skills and able to handle cash accurately.
• Friendly and able to communicate well with walk-in customers and business clients.
• Responsible, honest, and detail-oriented when handling cash and daily transactions.
• Able to support daily outlet activities, including packing, labelling, and arranging goods.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
