Job summary

Brenntag Sdn Bhd invites an intern to support Order to Cash (O2C) operations in Subang Jaya, Malaysia. You will assist in daily transaction processing and reconciliation under supervision, while contributing to reports and basic analysis for O2C activities.

Responsibilities include follow-up on outstanding items, documentation, and assisting with month-end close across SSC. The role offers flexible hours and remote work options, with a focus on development in finance and accounting functions.

Qualifications

• Strong team player and collaborative mindset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily O2C transaction processing and reconciliation under supervision.
• Support preparation of reports and basic analysis for O2C operations.
• Assist follow up on outstanding transactions and documentation.
• Maintain documentation in line with internal controls and support audits.
• Support month end closing activities with cross-functional teams in SSC.
• Adhere to service levels, policies and procedures.
• Escalate issues to supervisor when needed.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
