CARSOME is hiring a dedicated Consultant to assist walk-in and online customers, helping them find the right car from our curated selection with transparency and trust. You will guide customers from appraisal to test drive and financing, ensuring accurate records for smooth transactions.

You should bring sales or customer service experience, excellent listening skills, and a proactive attitude. Training will be provided to support your success in a fast-paced team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work in a high energy sales environment where you will work as a team to meet goals
• Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry
• Use your knowledge of Carsome inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs
• Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications
• Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers

About you

• Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, hospitality, airline industry is preferred
• Good listening skills and a strong customer focus
• High level of self-motivation
• Training will be provided
