Job summary

Alpro Pharmacy Sdn Bhd is seeking a Professional Care and Development Manager to lead strategy, governance, and training across nationwide pharmacy services in Malaysia. You will design professional education pipelines, campaigns, and branding supporting high-quality care.

You will supervise PCD Executives, lead research collaborations with universities, monitor KPIs, scale pilots into national programmes, and drive executive decisions to advance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in community pharmacy operations, programme management, or healthcare service development.
• Degree in Pharmacy, Nutrition, Dietetics, Health Sciences, or equivalent healthcare background.
• Demonstrated experience in professional development, public health campaigns, or service innovation.
• Data-literate with ability to interpret metrics, design KPIs, and manage dashboards.
• Comfortable with dashboard interpretation and KPI tracking tools.
• Able to oversee digital training systems, reporting systems, and online learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, direction, and framework for professional service programme.
• Develop campaign mechanics, service workflows, professional education pipelines, and branding direction.
• Develop SOPs, clinical workflow guidelines, and quality frameworks for all PCD services.
• Conduct periodic audits, quality reviews, and ensure compliance across outlets.
• Supervise and coach PCD Executives, PRPs, and interns.
• Provide clarity, motivation, and developmental feedback.
• Lead the design of training modules, badges, certifications, and recognition programme.
• Align development with organisational objectives, skills gaps, and campaign requirements.
• Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and campaign adoption across outlets.
• Plan scaling strategies for mature services and graduation of pilots into national programme.
• Troubleshoot escalated issues and make execution decisions.
• Approve project directions, training themes, and SOP changes within departmental scope.
• Identify and evaluate new product opportunities that support health objectives.
