Job summary
OCBC e2 Power Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Business Architect / Business Analyst to lead the re-platform of our Cards Management System across regions. You will collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and technology teams to define the strategic vision and ensure alignment with regional requirements.
The ideal candidate has strong card lifecycle knowledge, excellent analytical and communication skills, and experience in agile delivery, APIs, microservices, and cloud technologies.
Qualifications

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities across stakeholder levels.
- Experience with agile/SCRUM delivery and digital initiatives.
- Ability to document requirements and maintain traceability.
Responsibilities
- Define and shape strategic vision for cards management processes and systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate regional requirements into user stories.
- Design end-to-end card lifecycle models, interfaces, data flows, and integrations.
- Guide analysts and development teams across implementation phases.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in modernizing systems.
