Job summary

StraitsX is seeking an Integration Engineer to be the primary technical contact for clients, guiding API integrations and resolving issues from sandbox to production. You will work closely with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and external client technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in a technical client-facing role, experience with RESTful APIs, strong English and Mandarin communication, and familiarity with ticketing systems

Qualifications

• Experience reading RESTful API documentation and testing endpoints.
• Proven ability to diagnose complex issues across distributed systems.
• Experience using ticketing systems (FreshDesk, Zendesk or similar).
• Familiarity with monitoring and log analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through API integrations from sandbox to production go-live.
• Debug and diagnose issues in sandbox and production environments with clients.
• Manage technical configuration tasks including identity provider setup and access control.
• Support card issuing, e-wallet, and payment network integrations with the client.
• Create and maintain technical docs, runbooks, and knowledge base content.
• Communicate with clients via Slack, WhatsApp for first-line support.
• Translate feedback into Jira tickets for the Software team.
• Utilize AI tools and monitoring platforms for troubleshooting and logs analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure a seamless client experience.
