Job summary

Sime Darby Auto Hyundai Sdn. Bhd. in Ara Damansara, Selangor, Malaysia is seeking a Service Advisor to welcome customers, coordinate planned appointments or walk-ins, and perform thorough vehicle checks to identify upsell opportunities and agreed completion times.

You will maintain daily control sheets, monitor repair orders, keep customers informed of progress, and follow up on satisfaction with accurate invoicing and post-service communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive and assist customers with planned appointments and/or walk-ins
• Perform thorough vehicle checks and identify upsell opportunities
• Establish an agreed fixed time of completion for the work
• Maintain daily control sheets/work-in-progress opened under your name
• Keep customers informed of progress and upsell with authorization when needed
• Communicate updated times of completion due to additional work or parts on order
• Generate accurate invoices per work performed and explain them to customers
• Follow up with customers to determine satisfaction and resolve complaints
