Qualifications

Degree in computer science or business informatics and several years IT experience.
Commitment to self-assessment and continuous improvement.
Experience communicating with business, tech, and senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills to drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Disciplinary responsibility for personnel and budget within the unit.
Represent the unit to stakeholders and collaborate with business partners to create sustainable needs and generate new orders.
Analyze and plan figures to control the unit financially.
Make personnel decisions on selection, capacity, and performance-related topics.
Lead strategy development and portfolio management for the unit.
Accompany and support employees in their development and manage team dynamics.
Promote international collaboration and transformation capabilities across locations.
