Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Several years of professional IT/ corporate management experience.
• Experience in operational, conceptual, and technical aspects of IT or software product development.
• Experience in automotive software development, preferably with exposure to vehicle or onboard software topics.
• Proven experience leading distributed agile development teams and collaborating with international partners.
• Experience in cross-regional delivery setup, stakeholder alignment, capability ramp-up, and coordination across Malaysia, China, Germany, or comparable international locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Car Embedded On-/Offboard Stream team, covering people leadership and delivery.
• Mentor and build capability through knowledge sharing and skills development.
• Align activities with MBTMY priorities and global R&D plans.
• Support cross-regional collaboration with RD China, RD Germany, Home of Tech.
• Translate strategy into team focus areas and delivery readiness.
• Improve efficiency, delivery transparency, quality, and stakeholder responsiveness.
• Ensure compliance and promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Maintain regular communication with reports, peers, stakeholders and partners.
