Only World Group – Rembau, Negeri Sembilan is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take full accountability for daily branch performance, open/close routines, and reporting to Management.
You will manage park facility applications, liaise with HQ and local authorities for compliance, oversee safety, and drive sales targets through effective planning, while ensuring cash handling integrity and cost control across F&B and gifts.

Take full accountability for total daily branch performance, opening/closing routines, operational readiness, and submitting structured daily, weekly, and monthly productivity/activities reports to Management.
Manage all park facility applications, submissions, renewals, permits, and approvals by liaising directly with HQ and local government authorities to ensure total compliance with local bylaws.
Oversee full park safety procedures, possess complete capability to activate/deactivate operating facilities, keep safety appliances in top working condition, and act immediately on urgent safety concerns to prevent injuries or complaints.
Execute, monitor, and report on sales and marketing plans, capitalize on corporate/individual client bargaining opportunities, and drive initiatives to consistently hit the park’s annual sales target.
Enforce strict dual-employee cash count routines, guarantee 100% daily cash deposits before 12:00 PM on the next banking day, and email bank-in slips, CSR, and POS settlement summaries to HQ Finance by 3:00 PM.
Oversee F&B portion control and ordering to minimize wastage, perform daily random food taste tests, and ensure all F&B crews complete Typhoid vaccinations and ISO-compliant Food Handling Training.
Establish and log current, minimum, and maximum stock levels for gift shop merchandise, F&B supplies, and critical repair parts based on market popularity, product lifespan, and vendor delivery lead times.
Plan and document off-peak preventive maintenance programs with detailed timelines and cost quotes, inspect on-site contractor work, and ensure spare parts/tools remain in stock.
Direct daily detailing and monthly scheduling for all departmental manpower (including part-time staff), schedule staff development training, and assist Central HR with employee welfare and issue resolution.
Ensure all visitor queries and complaints are handled professionally in strict accordance with company customer handling guidelines to safeguard guest satisfaction.
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Recreation/Park Operations, or a related field.
Proven operational management experience; prior background in operating theme parks, family entertainment centers, hospitality, or multi-outlet recreation facilities is a strong advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication, leadership, supervisory capabilities, and interpersonal skills to manage multi-functional teams and maintain positive government/visitor relations.
High ethical standards with strict adherence to cash-handling policies, audit controls, inventory management, and zero tolerance for non-compliance or fraud.
Solid understanding of local government bylaws, facility licensing, preventive maintenance planning, F&B portion/hygiene standards, and capacity to handle confidential information professionally.
