Job summary

Subang Skypark Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Airport Car Park Operations Manager to oversee daily car park activities, ensuring smooth, efficient and safe parking services for passengers and staff.

You will supervise the parking team, monitor equipment and facilities, and respond promptly to customer inquiries while resolving issues such as lost tickets and payment disputes. You will coordinate with maintenance, security and vendors, manage inventory and procurement, and prepare operational and KPI

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the airport's car park to ensure smooth, efficient and safe parking services.
• Monitor the condition of parking equipment, facilities and parking areas, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained and fully operational.
• Supervise and manage the performance, attendance and scheduling of the parking team.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve issues such as lost tickets, payment disputes and parking-related complaints.
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures and accurate reconciliation of parking revenue.
• Conduct routine inspections and audits of parking operations, including cashier reports, maintenance records and traffic management procedures.
• Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, security and external vendors to resolve operational issues and maintain service standards.
• Manage inventory of parking equipment, consumables and operational supplies, while liaising with suppliers and contractors for procurement.
• Assist with traffic management during peak periods, events, and emergencies to ensure smooth vehicle flow.
• Prepare operational reports, SOPs and KPI reports, while identifying opportunities to improve parking operations, traffic flow, safety and customer experience.
• Perform any other duties or projects assigned by Management from time to time.
